Liam Wallis

Liam is the Founder and Managing Director of HIP V. HYPE. Trained in Architecture and Urban Design and following over a decade of private sector property development experience, Liam founded HIP V. HYPE in 2015 to influence and build the more equitable, resilient and prosperous future we deserve.

Liam ensures the alignment of activities across the group of HIP V. HYPE business, providing strategic advice to the leadership teams and guiding delivery of HIP V. HYPE’s multi award winning development projects. He is a strong advocate for better outcomes in our built environment, participating in advisory panels and discussions to support the sustainable growth of our cities and regions.

Liam established the successful Hypecast podcast and Collective Exchange, an in-person talk series, to facilitate more effective action on climate change. Liam is a member of the Landcom Design Review Panel, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an affiliate member of the Australian Institute of Architects.
