Tim Simopoulos joined the IWBI in February 2025, based in Melbourne. He has joined the team as a Technical Account Manager, and as the ESG lead for APAC. Tim has ten years of experience in sustainability throughout his time at JLL and Colliers, in these roles he was responsible for clients GRESB submissions, carbon footprinting, in addition to building certifications, and carbon neutral ratings. Tim is a WELL AP, GRESB AP, and Climate Active Carbon Neutral Assessor.

Tim completed his Bachelor of Environments from the University of Melbourne, and his Masters of Environmental Management and Sustainability from Monash University. In his studies, he focussed on corporate sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.
